As the 2026 Chinese New Year holiday approaches, please kindly note the following schedule adjustments:

Shipping Schedule

Sea shipping will be paused from Feb 6 to Feb 26 (ET).

Service will resume on Feb 26 (ET).

Please plan accordingly when placing orders for sea shipping items.

Air shipping will continue during the holiday.

However, processing may become slower after Feb 13 (ET).

Normal processing speed is expected to resume around Feb 23 (ET).

Orders placed after February 14 may experience delays in packaging and shipment due to the holiday break (Feb 14 – Feb 23).

Our customer service team will be temporarily unavailable from Feb 14 to Feb 23.

All business operations, including order processing and customer support, will fully resume on February 24.
