Payment Methods We Accept

You can pay with a credit or debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or PayPal. Shoppers in Malaysia can also pay with Touch 'n Go eWallet or DuitNow. GunDamit Points can be used either as the full payment method or as a partial discount.

1. Credit / Debit Card

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, Discover, Diners Club and UnionPay.

Card payments are processed by Adyen, a licensed global payment provider, directly on our checkout page — you do not need a PayPal account, and you will not be redirected to a third-party site.

If your bank requires 3-D Secure verification, a short confirmation step from your bank will appear before the payment completes.

2. Apple Pay

Available on Safari and on iPhone or iPad. If your device has Apple Pay set up, the button appears automatically at checkout and you confirm with Face ID, Touch ID or your passcode.

3. Google Pay

Available on Chrome and on Android devices with Google Pay set up. The button appears automatically at checkout.

4. PayPal

You can pay with your PayPal balance or any card linked to your PayPal account.

We ship to the address you enter on our website — not the one stored in PayPal. Please make sure it is the address you actually want the parcel sent to.

5. Malaysia: Touch 'n Go eWallet & DuitNow

Both are settled in Malaysian Ringgit, so they only appear at checkout when your currency is set to MYR. Use the currency selector at the top of any page to switch from USD to MYR.

6. GunDamit Points

Pay with Points Only: You can use GunDamit Points to pay the full amount or the deposit of your order. If you do not have enough points, use the “Top Up My Points” option to purchase additional points.

Partially Use Points: You can use GunDamit Points to reduce the payment amount. When using this option, you must still pay at least USD 1.00 for each transaction. Your points balance and the maximum number of points you can use are shown at the payment step.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is it safe to enter my card details?

Yes. Card payments are handled by Adyen, which is PCI DSS Level 1 certified. Your full card number goes directly to Adyen and is never stored on our servers — it does not appear anywhere in our systems.

Which currencies can I pay in?

USD, EUR, GBP, CAD, AUD, JPY and MYR. Use the currency selector at the top of any page. Prices are converted from USD at our current rate. Some payment methods are tied to a specific currency — see point 5 above.

Can I use more than one payment method on a single order?

Each cash payment is completed with a single method. GunDamit Points can either cover the payment in full or be combined with one cash payment method as a partial discount.

For pre-orders, the deposit and the balance are two separate payments. You are welcome to pay the balance with a different method from the one you used for the deposit.

How do I use a coupon code?

Click "Apply Coupon Code" at checkout and enter your code in the pop-up box. If the discount does not appear, please stop and contact us before paying.

My payment was declined. What now?

A decline usually comes from your bank rather than from us. It is worth trying another card or another payment method above. If it keeps failing, contact us and we will look into it with our payment provider.

Something went wrong during checkout — who do I contact?

Please contact us via a website message from the relevant order page. We will get back to you as quickly as we can.
