Double Deposit Discount (DDD) Pre-Order

On a Double Deposit Discount pre-order, GunDamit matches your deposit and puts the same amount toward your remaining balance.

$1 deposit = $1 off, dollar for dollar. If an item costs $100 and you pay a $2 deposit, we match it with another $2 — so your balance is $100 − $2 − $2 = $96.

Not every pre-order is a DDD pre-order. Some items need a higher deposit because of the brand's own policy, and those are not eligible for Double Deposit Discount — on those your deposit simply counts toward the total and is not matched. The product page tells you which kind it is.

Where can I find my DDD pre-order items?

Pre-order items are listed under PRE-ORDER in the top menu. Your own pre-orders appear under "My Orders".

How do I pay the balance?

Go to "My Orders" → "View Order Details" on the pre-order, then click "Complete Your Payment". You can do this at any time once the final price is known — you do not have to wait for our email.

The deposit and the balance are two separate payments. You are welcome to pay the balance with a different method from the one you used for the deposit — card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal and GunDamit Points are all available. See Payment Method for the full list.

How will I know when it is time to pay?

When the stock arrives we send out a payment request, which you have 14 days to pay. The pre-order is cancelled if it is not paid within 14 days.

You can also pay earlier from your order details page as soon as the final price is known.

I did not get the email notification

Check the following:

• Make sure the email address recorded on our website is correct.
• Check your junk mail folder.
• Add noreply@gundamit.store and noreply1@showz.store to your contacts so our emails are not treated as junk.

It is also worth checking your pre-order status on the website from time to time — we post new images of upcoming items there. If anything still looks wrong, contact us and we will help.

Shipping address

We ship to the address you enter on our website when you pay the balance. Please check it is correct before you pay.

This is the address on our site, not the one stored in your PayPal account.

Cancellations & Refunds

Can I get my deposit back?

• "Full Price Unknown" items — yes, a full deposit refund. We set the final price after you pay the deposit, so if you are not happy with it we refund the deposit in full.
• DDD pre-orders with a known final price — you can cancel and convert the deposit to points any time before we ask for the balance.
• Non-DDD pre-orders with a known final price — we have to pay the factory a deposit that we cannot recover, so these deposits are generally non-refundable.

Even on a non-refundable pre-order, if there is still no final price you can contact us to cancel and convert to points. And in any case, you are welcome to ask us whether a deposit can be cancelled and converted into points — in most cases we can help.

Can I get a refund if I paid the pre-order in full?

In most cases yes, as long as we have not shipped it. A restocking fee may apply. Contact us first.

Shipping Order & Timing

When will I get my pre-order items?

Pre-orders ship in balance payment order.

• If you bought the item at full price instead of using the deposit-and-balance method, it ships first, as soon as we receive it.
• If you used the deposit-and-balance method, your shipping priority is based only on the date you paid the balance — so it pays to settle early.

Tip: paying quickly while the figure is still marked "Incoming" helps a lot — GunDamit ships the orders that were paid first. First in (payment) → first out (order).

Tip: once you have received an item and everything is fine, move the order to ARCHIVE. It keeps your list of open and finished orders easy to read.

Should I pay in full before the item is in stock?

We ship in final-payment order when an item arrives in several batches.

For example: if 20 sets were bought at full price, 40 sets were pre-ordered with a deposit, and the first batch is 30 sets in total, we ship the 20 full-payment orders directly, ask the deposit pre-order buyers to pay their balance, and ship the first 10 who pay — in balance payment order, since not everyone pays straight away.

What if the price drops after I pre-order?

We always want you to get the item at the lowest price.

• Full-price pre-order buyers — we send store points for the difference if the price drops after you order.
• Deposit pre-order buyers — you are simply charged the lower balance.

If a pre-order was on sale, do I pay the sale price or the regular price?

You pay the price that was locked in at pre-order. If an item costs $100 with a $3 deposit, we match the deposit and your balance is $94. Even if the price goes up by the time it is in stock, we honour the original price.

The only time it changes is if the item comes into stock cheaper than your remaining balance. If you have not paid yet, the system updates the requested balance downward. If you have already paid, we give you store points for the difference.

Incorrect prices

If a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information because of a data-entry error, or an error in the pricing or product information we received from our suppliers, GunDamit has the right to refuse or cancel any order placed at that incorrect price — even if the order has been confirmed and your card charged. If you have already been charged and your order is cancelled, we will issue a credit back to your card, PayPal or bank account for the amount charged.
