We ship goods from China to the rest of the world.

Tracking Your Order

You can always find the tracking number for your orders under "My Orders" → "View Order Details". We upload the tracking number as soon as we receive it from the shipping company, which normally takes about 3 days.

Why are there several tracking numbers in my order?

In most cases it means the tracking number we uploaded earlier has been replaced with a new one.

It can also mean there are several items in the order and each has its own tracking number. Due to a technical limitation we cannot mark which tracking number belongs to which item — contact us if this causes a problem.

My tracking has not updated for a long time

Occasionally a tracking number stops updating. Economic Shipping in particular can go quiet for 60-90 days during peak periods.

If a non-sea-shipping parcel has no tracking updates for more than 60 days and is not undergoing customs clearance or inspection, please contact us via a website message from the relevant order page. We will check the shipment with the carrier. If the carrier confirms that the tracking has stopped abnormally, we will send you GunDamit Points equal to 1.2 times the amount you paid, which can be used on anything on our website. If the package is delivered later, we will contact you and deduct the points previously issued.

Our loss rate is very low — close to 1 in 1,000.

The tracking says returned, or something looks wrong

Contact us as soon as you notice it and we will sort it out. Once the package is in your country you can also ask your local post office for more detail.

Shipping Methods

In most cases we use fast, stable commercial shipping.

• Under 2 kg — "Economic Shipping" or "Standard Shipping". Both are stable; the difference is speed. Economic takes around 12-25 days, Standard around 8-12 days in most cases.
• Over 2 kg — "Economic Large Package Shipping", a relatively cheap option whose delivery time varies by country.
• Sea Shipping — For very large or heavy parcels, we may use sea shipping. Delivery takes around 40–70 business days after dispatch. Tracking may not update while the parcel is at sea and will resume after it reaches the destination port. This is normal.

Will everything ship together?

Normally no. If you buy several items in one order we ship them separately, to reduce customs tax and the risk of damage in transit.

I did not get a shipping notification

We email your registered address every time we ship an order, so please make sure your email address is correct before you buy. If you did not receive anything after registering, check your junk folder.

You can add noreply@gundamit.store and noreply1@showz.store to your contacts so our emails do not end up in your junk folder — all tracking and order information is sent from these two addresses.

Tariff & Sales Tax

United States

There is no import tax for buyers in the United States.

EU countries

The tax is already included in your shipping cost — there is nothing extra to pay on delivery.

All other countries (Canada, UK, Peru, etc.)

We declare a value of around USD 15-50 for each package to reduce the chance of you being taxed on import.

In the great majority of cases there is nothing further for you to pay — the tax is either not charged or already covered. Very occasionally a package is pulled for a customs inspection and the local authorities charge import tax anyway. This is rare. If it happens, contact us first and we will try to help; if customs ultimately insists on the tax, that charge is the buyer's.
